Job summary

Grant Thornton’s AI, Data and Technology Practice is seeking a Technology Strategy Senior Associate. You will deliver strategic advisory services to client technology organizations and collaborate with Transformation teams on high-impact initiatives.

You’ll develop roadmaps, financial models, and business cases, while supporting proposals and client communications. Travel up to 40% and in-person attendance three days per week are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• MBA or MIS preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in Strategy Consulting, technology engagements preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Services, Healthcare, Banking, PE, or large Non-Profits a plus.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Experience with IT organization assessments and portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory to address business challenges across client technology organizations.
• Assist leaders with proposals, quantify new opportunities, and scope engagements.
• Perform strategic assessments against maturity models and best practices.
• Develop roadmaps and value-add recommendations for clients' needs.
• Execute projects in application portfolio strategy, enterprise IT, cloud, and architecture.
• Create financial models and business cases; support IT transformations.
• Coach team members and communicate with senior stakeholders.
