Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering
  • PMP certification preferred; CAPM/PMP in progress
  • 15+ years of related experience
  • On-site at the Forrestal Building, Washington, DC
  • Familiarity with NARA and DOE records retention procedures
  • Preparation and distribution of outreach materials for OPR
  • Coordination of meetings with HQ, field personnel, private companies, and other agencies
  • Publication of technical reports, briefings, and presentations for OPR/DOE leadership
  • Develop products using public data for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Strong interpersonal communication across disciplines
  • Experience communicating with all levels from analysts to senior leaders
  • Define projects, gather requirements, implement plans, monitor status
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work with site contractors and Federal personnel
  • Manage multiple projects and teams with tight deadlines
  • Anticipate client, operational, and people needs
  • Deliver results through cross-functional team coordination

Responsibilities

  • Serve as project and program management resource for the DOE OPR
  • Provide strategic advisory, management, and technical support
  • Develop plans, risk mitigation, and monitor status across activities
  • Coordinate meetings and engagements with HQ, Field, private firms, and agencies
  • Develop and publish technical reports and briefings for DOE leadership
  • Use data from public sources to support quantitative and qualitative analysis
