Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Global Infrastructure and Energy. You will partner with engineers, product leaders, and executives to plan requirements, assess risks, manage schedules, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

You will apply data analysis, KPI development, and AI-enabled tooling to transform operational workflows, turning manual tasks into scalable, automated solutions that accelerate decision making and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management, business process engineering, or technical operations.
• Experience with data analysis, data parsing, or data modeling.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects involving systems architecture, tool customization, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process engineering across network, land, infra, and energy domains, leveraging complex modeling and AI solutions to transform operational efficiency.
• Architect and govern KPI programs utilizing large-scale data analysis and data parsing to automate commercial metrics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Define technical schemas and architecture for tool customization to enable scalable workflows like automated bug creation.
• Drive continuous operational improvements by auditing existing frameworks and replacing manual, time-consuming tasks with robust, tech-enabled solutions across global campuses.
• Partner strategically with stakeholders and tooling teams to advocate process excellence, oversee automated tool integration, and ensure seamless organizational adoption.
