Excelacom in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with hands-on software development background and delivery leadership to align client managers on scope, timelines, and technical decisions, guiding projects from planning through launch.

You will lead delivery across multiple streams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to Intellectual Capital while driving innovative telecom-focused solutions. A strong Agile background and Java experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Hands-on Java development experience in Agile environments.
• Experience delivering projects as a technical delivery manager or comparable client-facing leadership role.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Decompose business problems and implement complex technology solutions for the client.
• Plan and manage technical and functional projects in the telecom space from inception through testing and release in an Agile environment
• Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
• Direct complex projects with multiple stakeholders through all phases of the SDLC
• Meet with client staff daily to understand key issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide decision support, monitor issues and risks, and create mitigation plans
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions; participate in code reviews as needed
• Innovate and develop unique service offerings aligned with market trends and advancements
• Identify key partners and define integration scope to ensure project success
• Rigorously manage scope to meet commitments on time, cost, and quality
• Lead technical discussions with client executives and translate technical tradeoffs into business terms
• Anticipate challenges and develop strategies to overcome obstacles
• Monitor the quality of program deliverables and develop deployment strategies
• Identify and qualify additional business opportunities
• Prepare solutions and proposals for clients
