Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Technical Risk Management Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks. The role involves analyzing risk data, implementing controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance across GLBA, NIST, CIS, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Assurance, IT Audit, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, information security, IT Audit, or related field.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate technical risks across information systems, processes, and technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments to determine likelihood and impact of risks.
• Analyze risk data using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management with key risks and recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and other departments to promote a risk-aware culture.
• Monitor risk management processes and adapt to changing technology landscape.
• Provide training and awareness programs on risk management for staff.
