Job summary

Vizient is seeking a program leader to coordinate a strategic portfolio of technology initiatives supporting the Spend Management platform. You will partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business leaders to translate priorities into executable delivery plans while driving alignment across multiple engineering organizations.

You will oversee cross-functional programs spanning cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI/ML, API integrations, and platform services, maintaining

Qualifications

2+ years of cross-functional technology program leadership.
Experience leading large, cross-functional technology programs.
Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of projects within a portfolio of complex technology initiatives.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, and business leaders to translate objectives into roadmaps.
Drive end-to-end program planning, governance, milestone tracking, and delivery across multiple Agile teams.
Coordinate delivery across Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and resource alignment.
Facilitate planning sessions, Scrum-of-Scrums, release readiness, and governance meetings.
Develop executive dashboards and governance reporting for delivery progress and decisions.
Influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership without direct authority.
