Qualifications

• Background in business, science, engineering, or other technology-driven fields.
• Experience leading innovation programs, grantmaking initiatives, or portfolio management.
• Familiarity with Oklahoma’s economic, academic, or technology ecosystem.
• Equivalent executive-level experience may be considered.
• Preference for advanced degrees (PhD, MBA, JD, etc.).
• Experience in technology commercialization and economic development across the tech value chain.

• Lead strategic and operational activities, overseeing staff, budgets, funding programs, and investments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and early-stage ventures for investment potential; oversee funding programs.
• Develop organizational strategy and monitor KPIs; secure funding and ensure governance compliance.
