Job summary

ZS is seeking a Technology Advisory Manager / Enterprise Architect in Bellevue, WA to lead the growth of the tech advisory and digital architecture practice. You will engage with clients to map processes to architecture and drive technology-enabled transformations across life sciences and healthcare domains.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with senior leadership, and help shape go-to-market strategies while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and/or Master’s in niche technology streams.
• 10–12+ years of experience in Technology and/or Architectural consulting.
• Formative experiences in architecture, software engineering, data, and analytics.
• Pharmaceutical, Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable.
• Hands‑on experience leading, managing, or overseeing core development projects and engineering teams.
• Solid PMO experience in managing all aspects of a project SDLC with agile practices.
• Developed conceptual and enterprise architectures for large-scale transformations or scratch builds.
• Managed large transformation programs with heavy tech enablement aspects.
• Understanding of data, AI, analytics, product stacks and operating models in tech strategy.
• Knowledge of cloud, on‑prem, security in strategy recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the growth and development of the tech advisory and digital architecture practice.
• Support leadership in thoughtware development, pipeline growth, and talent management.
• Demonstrate leadership in Technology Consulting for tech-enabled transformations.
• Collaborate to map processes to architecture and technology capabilities.
• Provide architectural guidance to solve business problems for clients.
• Lead client discussions, build proposals, and drive new business opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, high-performing team.
