ATLAS Navigators, LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Tax Manager to lead client engagements, guide a growing tax practice, and serve as trusted advisor to clients while directing internal teams and shaping service offerings.

The role requires strong leadership, CPA is desirable, 10+ years in public accounting, and proficiency with QuickBooks and the CCH platform. Extended hours during tax season and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar tax role in public accounting.
• Tax returns: 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client relationships and manage ongoing communication.
• Prepare and review tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990).
• Manage client projects, office workflows, and internal team assignments.
• Mentor team members and contribute to advisory service offerings.
