Our client, a top 50 national advisory firm, seeks a Tax Director / Practice Leader to lead the strategic vision and execution of the tax function across complex client portfolios, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to multi-entity and cross-border structures.

Your impact includes strategic advisory, technical leadership, and practice growth, mentoring teams, and delivering client excellence with a tech-forward mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or professional services.
• Active CPA license or MST/JD/LLM with equivalent tax expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MST preferred.
• Expert command of U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws, including cross-border structuring.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and scaling tax teams.
• Strong communication with C-suite executives and HNW clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic vision and execution of the tax function across complex client portfolios.
• Advise C-suite executives and business owners on tax planning and risk management.
• Drive engagement profitability and grow service footprints within accounts.
• Mentor and scale tax teams with a culture of accountability.
• Oversee M&A structuring, estate and succession planning for multi-entity structures.
