Job summary

Beale Infrastructure Group seeks a strategic Director of Tax to lead the tax function across a growing portfolio of data center projects. The role requires working with finance, accounting, development, construction, legal, and external advisors to optimize tax outcomes under a private equity ownership.

Build processes and teams from the ground up. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive tax experience in real assets, REITs, or related fields, with CPA preferred and experience in cost

Qualifications

• Strategic tax leader with ability to translate complex issues into business recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with finance, accounting, development, construction, legal and external advisors.
• Strong project management and process-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax function for a growing data center portfolio.
• Oversee REIT and TRS structuring and compliance.
• Guide development lifecycle tax considerations and incentives.
• Manage third-party tax advisors, law firms, and valuation specialists.
• Ensure accurate tax reporting and scalable controls.
