Qualifications

• Plan, research, develop, and write high-quality, complex analyses, studies, projects, assignments, and briefings.
• Translate IC requirements into outputs to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of ODNI, IC organizations, and relevant customer organizations or operations to translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce analytic finished intelligence as lead analyst or manager of analysts.
• Oversee and direct information sharing programs across the ODNI and IC.
• Translate strategic goals into specific objectives with metrics to track progress.
