Job summary

WPP Production, based in CA and Miami with hybrid work options, is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for full-time and freelance roles. You will partner with hiring managers, drive process standardization, and manage multiple openings across regions while maintaining speed and quality.

The role emphasizes stakeholder advisory, data-driven decision making, and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
• Strong stakeholder management — advising hiring managers and leadership.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and strong data management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for both full-time and freelance roles.
• Act as strategic advisor to hiring managers with market insight and data.
• Champion and drive adoption of SOPs across your book of business.
• Issue offer letters, coordinate new hire setup, and initiate background checks.
• Manage the full interview lifecycle and candidate experience.
• Identify effective channels for each role and build a strong sourcing pipeline.
• Manage external agency relationships for volume and project-based hiring.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS and databases.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and contribute to employer branding.
