Job summary

NBBJ, an award-winning design firm with global offices, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for architecture, interior design, and operations. You will partner with hiring teams, shape sourcing strategies, and help build our external brand.

You will work across East Coast roles and occasionally London, drive process improvements, and deliver monthly leadership metrics. A senior, strategic recruiter with 10+ years in A/E/C talent acquisition is ideal.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Talent Acquisition, A/E/C industry preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing candidates outside your local location.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with Jobvite and Deltek Vision.

Responsibilities

• Source top Architectural, Design, and Operational talent using sourcing mediums such as LinkedIn and design groups/publications.
• Partner with Hiring Teams to determine recruiting strategy and milestones to find top talent.
• Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Leadership for strategy for key hiring initiatives; run strategy meetings and provide guidance.
• Support recruiting strategies for East Coast hires (Boston, New York, Columbus).
• Occasionally support hiring efforts in London as needed with job descriptions or sourcing strategy.
• Partner with Marketing to build our external brand (social media campaigns, Glassdoor ratings, career website updates).
• Set weekly or bi-monthly meetings with hiring teams for candidate tracking updates and recruiting strategy discussions.
• Create best practice efficiencies in the recruiting process for HR Team members and Hiring Teams.
• Provide monthly metrics to Firm Leadership to identify trends and improve performance, retention, and candidate experience.
• Support studios with compensation conversations, including salary strategy in partnership with Benefits and Compensation Manager.
• Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.
