Responsibilities

• Source top Architectural, Design, and Operational talent using LinkedIn and design groups/publications.
• Determine recruiting strategy and milestones with Hiring Teams.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition Leadership on strategy and meetings.
• Support recruiting for East Coast hires; occasional London involvement.
• Partner with Marketing to build the NBBJ external brand.
• Set regular meetings for candidate tracking updates and strategy discussions.
• Create best-practice efficiencies in the recruiting process for HR and Hiring Teams.
• Provide monthly metrics to Firm Leadership and identify trends.
• Assist in compensation conversations with Benefits and Compensation Manager.
• Participate in company initiatives and projects.
