Job summary

Army National Guard Units in Kentucky seeks a Supply Systems Analyst (Title 5) as part of the KY USPFO, National Guard. The role requires applying supply principles and methods of inventory and program management to address recurring supply issues, supported by solid data analysis and records management.

Applicants must document complete dates and hours for all employment and meet the DoD Priority Placement criteria.

Qualifications

Must have at least one year at the next lower level in the normal line of progression through federal service (GS-07) or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the experience and knowledge of applying supply principles, concepts, and methodologies of inventory management or of supply program management to perform recurring assignments, operations, and/or procedures dealing with supply issues and problems.
Experience with methods, techniques, and standardized automated databases to search for and analyze information, resolve questions, prepare entries for supply record systems, and provide supply information, reports, and services.
Experience analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions.
Experience planning and organizing work.
