Job summary

Orveon Global US LLC is seeking a Planning Analyst, Material Supply Planning in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on finished goods and component supply planning across brands, with hands-on responsibilities and collaboration with sourcing, purchasing, and finance to ensure product availability.

The position requires 1–2 years in production planning, familiarity with Netsuite/SlimStock, and a 4-year degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience in production planning, and/or production either at the brand level or at a contract manufacturer or related fields
• Beauty or CPG industry experience preferred
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
• 4-year bachelor's degree required: major in business, finance, supply chain, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Process transactions within NetSuite & SlimStock to accurately receive, update and maintain inventory.
• Partner with the Planning function on reporting and reconciliation with finance
• Assist in managing CM or component supplier relationships
• Partner with other supply chain teams to deliver on time and in full deliveries to customers across saleable products and POS materials
• Assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity across all aspects of product information, reporting and systems parameters
• Update and maintain Item Master and Netsuite attributes
• Other project responsibilities as assigned by Management
