Oracle is seeking a Strategic, execution-focused Supply Chain Planner for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to turn deployment signals into executable plans for Oracle components and customer racks. You will manage end-to-end planning and drive deployment readiness across the OCI ecosystem.

This role emphasizes integrated planning, demand translation, cadence establishment, and visibility into risks, dependencies, and decisions at the leadership level.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related hardware supply chain
• Experience planning complex, high-tech cloud infrastructure hardware supply chains
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise planning systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM preferred)
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills

Responsibilities

What You Will Own

Integrated supply plan: Own the planning model that connects customer rack forecasts, Oracle-provided component requirements, manufacturing and logistics commitments, data-center deployment priorities, and service readiness. Demand translation and supply feasibility: Convert customer rack-level forecasts into time-phased demand for Oracle-provided assemblies and components, including BOM usage, lead-time offsets, allocation logic, and inventory positioning. Load and manage independent demand in Fusion Demand Management and Supply Planning. Planning cadence and execution control: Establish a regular operating rhythm with Demand Planning, Materials Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Execution, Commodity, Logistics, and customer or integrator counterparts. Reconcile plan versus actual, assess clean-to-build readiness, and drive recovery actions. Customer-integrator readiness: Validate that customer-provided racks are aligned to Oracle deployment requirements: approved configuration and test data, TDMS data availability, advance shipment notification timing, required identifiers, and in-country delivery milestones. Oracle-provided component fulfillment: Plan and monitor the supply, drop-ship execution, and delivery status of Oracle-provided components to the customer-designated integrator. Identify gaps in supplier commit, capacity, material availability, or order timing before they affect deployment. Visibility and controls: Define practical planning requirements for tracking non-Oracle-owned racks and service components through receipt, deployment, repair, and return flows, including part- and serial-number traceability, chain of custody, dummy SO/PO milestones, inventory reporting, and exception handling. Service inventory and transitions: Partner on FRU and seedstock planning, including customer min/max assumptions, early-deployment surge coverage, actual failure-rate feedback, replenishment triggers, product changes, and end-of-life or disposition readiness. Decision support: Deliver concise, executive-ready views of supply health, deployment coverage, constraints, decisions, owners, and mitigation progress. Escalate with a clear recommendation and quantified tradeoffs.

How Success Will Be Measured

Plan credibility: A single, time-phased view of customer demand, Oracle component coverage, capacity, deployment dates, and critical assumptions is trusted by the working team and leadership. Risk prevention: Material, capacity, data, logistics, and service-readiness gaps are visible early with owners, dates, recovery options, and decisions documented. Deployment readiness: Customer-integrated racks meet agreed data, configuration, test, identification, ASN, and delivery prerequisites before data-center intake. Operational discipline: Forecast-to-commit, plan-versus-actual, and inventory-health reviews produce timely actions and measurable improvement in response time and execution predictability.

Key Partnerships

Demand Planning: forecast quality, product mix, deployment priorities, and demand changes.

Materials Program Management and Materials Execution: clean-to-build status, supplier commits, shortages, allocations, and recovery plans.

Engineering and Product Operations: BOM and part-number readiness, product changes, qualification, configuration, and TDMS requirements.

Manufacturing and customer-designated integrators: capacity, test completion, schedule alignment, component delivery, and shipment readiness.

Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Data Center Operations: ASN-to-receipt process, in-country delivery exceptions, chain of custody, import coordination, and DC intake.

Service, Quality, and Repair teams: FRU positioning, repair and RMA interfaces, failure-rate learning, sanitization requirements, and end-of-life disposition.

6-10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, manufacturing coordination, or a related hardware supply chain role. Experience planning complex, high-tech, cloud infrastructure, server, rack, or network hardware supply chains, including external manufacturing partners. Demonstrated ability to balance demand, supply, capacity, lead time, inventory, and deployment priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience with product transitions, clean-to-build analysis, supply recovery, service-spares planning, or RMA and reverse-logistics interfaces. Strong working knowledge of enterprise planning systems; Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, Supply Planning, or comparable tools preferred. Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the judgment to make data-based recommendations clear to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Ability to influence without direct authority, operate effectively with incomplete information, and drive decisions to closure.

Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience relevant to functional area or master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
