Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice is seeking a Manager in Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within the Supply Chain & Network Operations team. Huntsville, Alabama-based, you will lead assessments and drive transformation for public sector clients.

Requirements include 6+ years in supply chain strategy/ops, 3+ years leading projects, 2+ years serving government clients, and active Secret clearance. On-site 5 days/week with 10% travel; MS Excel/PowerPoint proficiency essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience developing client deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint.
Active Secret security clearance required.
Ability to travel 10% on average.
Must be able to work on-site five days a week in Huntsville, Alabama.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead assessments of supply chain processes and operating models to identify gaps and improvements.
Manage day-to-day delivery of project workstreams with team coordination and quality reviews.
Develop analyses, business cases, and recommendations across planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to define future-state requirements.
Support client relationship management and business development for supply chain transformation.
