Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Program Planner to join our Global Supply Chain team on site in Baltimore, MD. You will manage material budgets, forecast labor and material costs, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align with program schedules and requirements.

The role emphasizes material planning, CME tracking, and risk mitigation within Earned Value Management. A strong background in SAP/MRP and secret clearance readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of supply chain and/or business management (or 4+ years in lieu) or a Master’s Degree with 0+ years experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast material costs and manage CME’s with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop material baselines and meet Earned Value requirements.
• Analyze supply resources and prioritize demand, plans, and inventory.
• Participate in make/buy and long‑term capacity planning.
• Communicate with suppliers on lead/delivery times and resolve issues.
