Job summary

Evonik Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate long-term planning for precursor materials and lead S&OP efforts. The role focuses on strategic supply planning, coordination with Commercial, Americas Operations, Tollers and ROHACELL production while developing tools for complex production planning.

Responsibilities include end-to-end toll manufacturing management, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced reporting using SAP and Power BI to improve efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in supply chain/logistics/operations in chemical industry or an associate degree with 6–10 years’ experience.
• Strong SAP experience with inventory, material management, production control, IBP/APO and toll-manufacturing.
• Power BI proficiency preferred for advanced reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and MS Office proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership in diverse teams and a high initiative for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) communications for senior management with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and maintain production planning and new tools for complex Shapes operations.
• Manage toll manufacturing activities, scheduling with product management, sales and quality teams.
• Optimize inventory and net working capital; conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide SAP master data updates and dashboard analyses to improve reporting accuracy.
