Job summary

The Boeing Company in Auburn, WA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the S&S Materials Management and Transportation team onsite. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and drive cross‑functional projects to meet customer and business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in supplier management, 3+ years in analytics, and leadership experience; on‑site work; comprehensive total rewards are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics.
• 3+ years of executive presence with strong written and oral communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
• One year of leadership role or completion of Boeing leadership course.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees analyzing supply chain material requirements and optimizes inventory planning.
• Develops and executes project plans, implements policies and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources, leads process improvements and manages suppliers.
• Maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Leads, develops and motivates team members.
