You should have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in manufacturing, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and a proven track record in cost optimization and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and improving on-time delivery rates.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in process improvement methodologies.
