Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is building a network of experienced Supply Chain Managers in Mason, Michigan. This role focuses on developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supplier contracts, and optimizing inventory levels to drive cost efficiency and reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing SCM, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and knowledge of lean/JIT. APICS CSCP/CPIM is a plus; position offers exposure to multiple partner companies in West Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of lean principles, JIT, and manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven ability to optimize inventory, improve on-time delivery, and reduce costs.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
