Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA seeks a Supply Chain Lead for the STDR program to own end-to-end planning and execution across NASC, DC, and CH networks. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in hardware deployment, construction, or technology installation programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and purchase order lifecycles at scale.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer focus and ownership of program-level supply chain outcomes.
• Own end-to-end material planning: demand forecasting against install targets, PO management, vendor coordination, and surplus reconciliation.
• Drive cross-network PO visibility and reconciliation across NASC, DC, CH, and Pilot programs — ensuring single source of truth for spend and utilization.
• Lead vendor negotiations to optimize cost, manage surplus, and maintain strategic relationships.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate supply chain defects — including PO deduplication, invoicing gaps, and untracked cross-network procurement.
• Execute thorough root cause analysis on cost variances and deliver data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
• Own programmatic execution at both detailed and strategic levels (weekly PO tracking, invoice validation; cost-per-door targets, multi-year material strategy).
• Successfully operate and influence in a cross-functional capacity across hardware, operations, finance, and procurement.
• Data mine by leveraging SQL/Python to drive key business decisions on material utilization, surplus disposition, and cost optimization.
