Job summary

CARBON MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Planner to manage procurement, inventory planning, supplier management, and reporting to support reliable and cost-efficient medical device operations.

The role supports demand forecasting, inventory optimization, ERP/MRP system utilization, and cross-functional collaboration with production and management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory planning.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments, preferably medical devices.
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO quality system requirements.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand, inventory, and material planning processes to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Manage procurement activities including supplier selection, purchasing, order management, and supplier communications.
• Monitor and optimize inventory performance by analyzing usage trends, lead times, inventory levels, and replenishment requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, driving continuous improvement.
• Support planning decisions through analysis of forecasts, production requirements, and risks.
• Serve as a resource for ERP and supply chain systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and communicate key supply chain metrics and operational reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and regulatory standards.
