Job summary

PPG’s Darien, WI facility seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to oversee distribution, production scheduling, procurement of raw materials, and related warehousing activities. You will partner with the Converting Svc Manager to maintain safe, efficient operations and optimize supply chain performance.

The role emphasizes inventory control, scheduling efficiency, and collaboration with regional purchasing to source materials, conduct audits, and manage lead times across conversion and coating processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in purchasing, supply chain analysis, production scheduling or related field; strong organizational and PC skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Advanced Excel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient warehouse operation.
• Efficient scheduling of plant conversion and coating equipment.
• Coordinate with customer service and Barberton Plant for shipment dates based on plant loading.
• Manage inventories of finished goods, raw materials and supplies to optimize working capital and lead times.
• Guide membrane material flow at Darien and minimize yield loss and obsolescence.
• Track and report supply chain metrics and address root causes of underperforming targets.
• Procure special packaging and support shipping paperwork and routing.
