The role leads supplier performance initiatives, drives strategic sourcing, negotiations, and long-term contracts to maximize value, reduce risk, and align with procurement goals. You will mentor buyers, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement programs that deliver measurable cost and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven supplier management experience in electrical, hydraulic and MRO categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and spend consolidation.
