Job summary

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier development, or contract management is preferred.
• Analytical data-driven decision making is encouraged; familiarity with Sub-Fab systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for Sub-Fab equipment, spare parts, and services.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, development, and performance management.
• Establish partnerships with engineering, operations, and facilities teams.
• Support factory construction and ramp activities with supplier readiness.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize value and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to define requirements and negotiate solutions.
• Monitor supplier health and implement risk mitigation and business-continuity plans.
• Evaluate market conditions and emerging technologies for new sourcing opportunities.
• Drive cost reductions through productivity and value engineering.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution related to supplier performance and capacity.
• Develop sourcing strategies to scale manufacturing operations with excellence.
