Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in architectural design and retail merchandise planning.
• Knowledge of interior retail/fixture design, electrical & lighting configuration, ADA requirements, building codes, & exterior design.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retailer sales by creating productive store layouts aligned with category strategies.
• Execute store planning/design and merchandising principles including placements and adjacencies.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional remodels and new store plans.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure programs are retail-ready and communicated to field teams.
• Monitor category KPIs and adjust floor plans to improve sales per square foot.
