A defense consulting firm based in Virginia Beach is seeking a Special Technical Operations (STO) Planner to support strategic planning and integration of operations within special access programs. The ideal candidate should have experience with campaign strategies and a top-secret clearance. Responsibilities include planning and assessing STO requirements, managing approval processes, and providing technical recommendations. Qualifications
Experience in planning and integrating STO within campaign strategies and full-spectrum IO.
Familiarity with SAP, ACCM, and Sensitive Activities protocols.
Strong understanding of JOPP, JOPES, and Joint Doctrine.
Responsibilities
Plan, synchronize, and assess STO requirements within full-spectrum IO operations.
Manage the Review and Approval Process (RAP) for STO, SAP, and Sensitive Activities CONOPs and plans.
Provide technical recommendations to the J3 on JOPP, JOPES, campaign design, and mission analysis.
Skills
Experience in planning and integrating STO within campaign strategies and full-spectrum IO
Familiarity with SAP, ACCM, and Sensitive Activities protocols
Strong understanding of JOPP, JOPES, and Joint Doctrine
Education
Advanced degree in national security, operations, or related field
