Job summary

your Jared is seeking an experienced PMO Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale government implementations. You will own planning, execution, and monitoring across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives and PMO standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 5–7 years in PM, and PMP certification, with strong communication and cross-functional coordination across operations, technology, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• At least 3-5 years managing complex implementations in government/healthcare/BPO environments.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale state and local government implementation projects.
• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and comms strategies.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs and client requirements.
• Maintain project artifacts and governance per PMO standards and contracts.
• Provide status updates and executive-level reporting; coordinate cross-functional teams.
