Job summary

UEG is seeking a Manager to support its sports partnerships business. This role will own workstreams from strategy through activation, coordinating with clients, rights holders, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality programs.

You will translate client objectives into competitive sports marketing programs, oversee budgets, and guide junior teammates. The position requires a willingness to work nights, weekends, and occasional travel, with bases in New York City or Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in sports marketing or partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for the sports industry and trends.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and working with clients/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and workstreams from strategic development through execution and launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate client objectives into compelling sports marketing strategies and programs.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and maintain trusted relationships across accounts.
• Lead activation planning, budgets, dashboards, and client-ready materials.
