Job summary

WHYY in Philadelphia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the Corporate Sponsorship Department operations. You will schedule contracts across multiple platforms, assign codes and wavs, produce promos, and ensure on-air delivery and compliance.

You will monitor sponsorship campaigns, track revenue, and prepare reports weekly and monthly to support leadership decisions. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business and 3–4 years of broadcast traffic experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of broadcast traffic experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contracts in Broadview, Protrack, Adswizz, and PMI.
• Assign cart numbers for FM spots, assign codes, and create wavs upon requests.
• Produce and/or assign production of announcements and promo spots.
