Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of lift trucks, is seeking a Special Products Lead at our Greenville, NC location. You will lead the development and execution of special product and custom engineering projects, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of engineering, design engineering, product development, project management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of special product and custom engineering projects across functions.
• Manage multiple projects, set priorities, schedules, and mitigate risks.
• Translate customer requirements into customized product designs and configurations.
• Improve quoting, product configuration, and order management processes with internal stakeholders.
• Support product lifecycle initiatives including new introductions, upgrades, and retrofits.
