Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience in a technical field.
• Proven leadership and program management capabilities; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management of program goals and objectives.
• Provide planning and execution support to Project Managers.
• Coordinate with leadership to achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain engagement and strong customer relationships.
• Oversee performance objectives, deliverables, and staffing for projects.
• Identify and mitigate program and project risks.
• Facilitate horizontal and vertical program communications.
• Ensure compliance with IT, HR, and safety policies.
• Assist the Program Manager in contract requirements management.
