Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a capable professional to support manufacturing operations and supply chain transformation initiatives in the United States. You will analyze processes, operating models, and system capabilities to identify efficiency, quality, and performance improvements while designing solutions for production planning, material flow, visibility, and traceability.

Work with operations leaders and IT teams to align requirements, develop analyses, and produce implementation materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or consulting.
• 1+ years of experience analyzing business processes, operational workflows, or value chain performance.
• 1+ years of experience supporting the implementation of enterprise technology, digital, or analytics-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing process documentation, business requirements, or client deliverables.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on manufacturing operations, supply chain transformation, and value chain improvement.
• Analyze processes, operating models, and system capabilities to identify efficiency, quality, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Design and implementing solutions that improve production planning, material flow, visibility, and traceability.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, plant managers, and information technology teams to align business and technology requirements.
• Develop analyses, process documentation, deliverables, and implementation support materials for transformation programs.
• Lead projects or workstreams; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
