Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or consulting.
• 1+ years analyzing business processes or value chain performance.
• 1+ years implementing enterprise technology, digital, or analytics-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing process documentation or client deliverables.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on assignments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across manufacturing operations and supply chain transformation.
• Analyze processes, operating models, and system capabilities to identify efficiency, quality, and performance improvements.
• Design and implement solutions to improve production planning, material flow, visibility, and traceability.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, plant managers, and IT teams to align business and technology requirements.
• Develop analyses, process documentation, deliverables, and implementation materials for transformation programs.
• Lead projects or workstreams when needed.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide clear guidance and build professional relationships.
