Job summary

Dicastal North America, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to source and procure materials and services for manufacturing at the lowest cost while maintaining quality.

You will utilize ERP tools, manage supplier relations, and collaborate with engineering to ensure bid-ready drawings and specifications. The role requires 0–3 years in purchasing or related manufacturing experience, with SAP knowledge and strong organizational and communication skills to deliver cost savings and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 0-3 years related purchasing/materials experience preferred.
• Must understand and work with suppliers to identify Lean Manufacturing Operations and their presence or absence at supplier facilities.
• SAP software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials and services at lowest cost while meeting quality standards.
• Use Visual ERP system and requisitions to drive replenishment.
• Travel to suppliers and manage supplier relations; participate in supplier development.
• Negotiate price, terms, delivery, and quality to optimize total cost.
• Collaborate with engineering to secure drawings and bid-ready specs.
• Manage MRO purchases and lean initiatives; participate in lean events.
