Job summary

Finezi Inc. is seeking an experienced procurement leader in Oakland to develop, source, and negotiate major contracts while coordinating cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will partner with senior leadership and LOBs to drive sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and scorecard initiatives, leveraging ERP systems to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred or 5+ years of related experience.
• ISM CPSM certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develop, source and evaluate RFXs and major contracts.
• Source and negotiate major contracts with LOBs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and scorecard processes.
• Influence senior leadership to secure understanding and commitment of sourcing initiatives.
• Utilize ERP and information systems for data-driven decisions.

Effectively influences LOBs, including senior leadership, to achieve understanding, acceptance, and commitment of sourcing strategies.

Works with Line of Business (LOB) to develop, source and negotiate major contracts.

Plays a key role in Supplier Relationship Management / Scorecard process.
