Job summary

PBS Aerospace in Roswell, GA is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead a team of buyers and drive strategic sourcing initiatives for complex aerospace components. You will oversee RFQs, negotiations, POs, expediting, and ensure on-time delivery to production.

The role requires 5–7+ years in sourcing with 2+ years in people leadership, knowledge of ITAR/EAR and AS9100/ISO, and experience with ERP systems like QAD, SAP, or Oracle. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years sourcing/procurement experience, with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Read and interpret build-to-print drawings; negotiate with aerospace suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of buyers, setting goals, KPIs, and development plans.
• Oversee RFQ processes, negotiations, POs, and expediting to production.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for complex aerospace components and materials.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, AS9100/ISO and manage supply risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations on NPI and production readiness.
