Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier performance management experience in the commercial sector.
• Experience using an ERP with procurement-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional stakeholders through strategic sourcing initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Develops and executes strategic sourcing and category management strategies to meet financial objectives.
• Employs cost-saving and demand-management strategies to deliver financial metrics.
• Manages and tracks supplier performance to ensure contract deliverables and standards are met.
• Authors and issues solicitations (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for indirect products and services in line with policies.
• Plans and executes communications strategies for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Analyzes historical spend and market data to develop sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and drafts contracts (MSA, SOW, NDA, Technology Purchase Agreements).
