Revlon is seeking a seasoned Strategic Sourcing professional to develop and execute category strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships across global categories. You will drive cost savings, risk management, and value creation by collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven spend analysis, should-cost modeling, and supplier performance management, with international scope and travel as required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in supply chain, business or STEM is required.
• MBA or CPSM/Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in global organizations.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
