The Strategic Sourcing Procurement Lead is responsible for managing critical supplier and commodity relationships to ensure the reliable supply of quality materials and services at the lowest total cost. This role partners closely with business development, program management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, quality improvement, risk mitigation, and effective contract negotiations. It requires strong technical understanding, sound business judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to support operational and strategic objectives.

The range for this position is $82,710.00 – $113,727.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
