Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with RFP processes, contract review, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own all RFP activities: research, creation, submissions, timing, TCO analysis and negotiations.
• Lead supplier evaluation and selection processes across stakeholders.
• Draft RFPs with service specs, SLAs, and pricing models.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels to optimize cost and reduce risk.
• Drive cost savings initiatives and supplier performance improvements.
• Utilize data from ERP/AP systems to support sourcing decisions.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
