Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sourcing and Procurement professional to help clients develop strategies and operating models that advance procurement capabilities and drive bottom-line financial impact. You will use data skills to shape strategies, establish category plans, and deliver actionable insights quickly.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs.
• 2.5+ years of experience developing and executing cost optimization strategies.
• Strong acumen surrounding problem solving and data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Alteryx, SQL, R, Power BI); experience developing complex models with advanced functions; demonstrated ability to structure data, check and “QA” models, and build executive‑ready dashboards and summaries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Solving challenging problems and applying creativity and innovation.
• Creating robust sourcing strategies and cost‑out recommendations.
• Driving category insights, analysis and benchmarking.
• Building and reviewing robust analytics models via Excel, Alteryx, SQL.
• Synthesizing disparate data sources into insights and clear deliverables.
• Working with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements.
• Nurturing relationships with client stakeholders.
• Facilitating development of project plans and overall project management to ensure effective delivery of client project work and client deliverables.
• Developing presentations and key deliverables to support decision making.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Achieving excellence and dependability through the execution of projects and initiatives.
