Job summary

Notion is seeking a Sourcing Manager, Corporate Services to own strategic sourcing and supplier management across critical areas. You will partner with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities to lead sourcing processes, negotiate terms, and drive cost savings.

This role can be based in San Francisco or New York City, with in-person Anchor Days on Mon/Tue/Thu. You will build sourcing plans that translate business needs into supplier strategy, manage supplier performance, and guide teams through

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or related field.
• 3+ years owning Corporate Services categories such as Facilities/Real Estate, HR Services, Travel, Marketing Services, or Contingent Workforce.
• Experience independently leading complex sourcing events end to end, including RFx, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Strong business judgment and analytical rigor, including spend analysis and business case development.
• Cross-functional partnership with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, and Compliance to reduce risk while delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance across Corporate Services spend.
• Build strategic procurement plans with business partners, translating needs into sourcing strategies and negotiation plans.
• Lead sourcing processes end to end and drive clean, timely execution.
• Structure deals with clear commercial terms, budget impact, and risk-aware contracting.
• Strengthen supplier governance and contract coverage to reduce risk while maintaining service quality.
