Job summary

Lancesoft in Englewood, CO is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and optimize sourcing activities across multiple categories. You will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and drive strategic initiatives that improve value, supplier performance, and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of management experience in sourcing and supplier relationship management, with a focus on contract development, negotiation, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with 8–10 years in strategic sourcing.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and business analysis.
• Procurement or supply chain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review historical spending to develop new category strategies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in sourcing and supplier interactions.
• Build and execute negotiation strategies and develop award recommendations.
• Evaluate current suppliers and advise stakeholders on contracts.
• Own sourcing events end to end; develop, manage and document requirements.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations.
• Draft contract language and define requirements with business units.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risk.
• Provide support in vendor relationship management, escalation and dispute resolution.

Client is looking Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager . Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and support Client's sourcing activities. As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies across multiple categories, contributing significantly to the continued success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Review historical spending and purchases to develop new category strategies

Education and Experience
