Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related supply chain function.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and complex supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to build networks and influence cross-functional partners to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across supply chain categories from opportunity through implementation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and business partners to draft and manage agreements.
• Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market research, and supplier capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
