Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• 7+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong negotiation and cost management skills.
• Advanced data analysis; proficient with Excel and Power BI; MS Office suite.
• Familiar with APQP and PPAP processes.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with goals.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships focused on performance and cost.
• Visit suppliers to assess capability and monitor trends.
• Lead RFQs, analyze competitiveness, negotiate terms.
• Support APQP development and cost modeling.
• Manage purchase requisitions and supplier capacity planning.
• Lead supplier reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor supply risks and plan mitigations.
